There are a few on the City of Albany's CARA projects page (CARA = Central Albany Revitalization Agency). There good examples at the bottom of the page. The map is interesting as it shows all the projects and links to the info and amounts funded on each specific project. I'll look for bigger photos for you.

Thank you for your reply. Yes I’m looking for wooden commercial historic buildings that look really bad in the before photos and look look very good in the after photos. The worse they look in the before photos, the better.
