[Or-srp] Oregon State Fair youth tickets for summer reading prizes available (no-cost!)

Hi! Last year the Oregon State Fair offered free youth tickets for libraries to distribute as summer reading prizes. It was so successful they are offering them again this year! Think your library is too far away from the State Fair for free tickets to be a good incentive, think again! Deb reported that a significantly higher percentage of tickets distributed on the coast and in eastern Oregon were redeemed compared to those distributed in the Willamette Valley. For example, only 2% of the tickets distributed in Monmouth were redeemed while 80% of the tickets distributed in Deschutes County were redeemed.
