American Indians in Children's Literature is pleased to share a letter from Naomi Bishop, currently the president of the American Indian Library Association, about the upcoming solar eclipse. As she noted, many libraries are developing programming around it. She offers some resources and cautions, too, with respect to Native peoples and the eclipse.
