It's been a week full of good things:

Cedar Mill's got new teen furniture<https://www.facebook.com/CedarMillLibraries/posts/pfbid02n43cg6dPdaeKGqbj1YitRsL1wWey61whouarBGgupJ1kV44FCdZv4H3SkhDL88kFl> that looks awesome.  Forest Grove is offering an elementary reading buddies program<https://www.facebook.com/ForestGroveLibrary/posts/pfbid0Fv92MczeWJmDhZ5vtHy1tMjFsiypid9Di416WnT4awrS9K7fB1SpvuoHYR13gSjRl> in Spanish and English. Newberg's using some of their Ready to Read funds to hire a teen intern<https://www.facebook.com/newberglibrary/posts/pfbid02dmJbsfCnU7JP7fMkg9wzHMUXnfhM5CHZWn6Yp4vhXtXrv5U1MkmRkHE164AB5GwRl> to support their summer reading program. Pendleton is helping kids (and probably grown-ups) conquer dentistry fears by making it fun to play pretend dentist<https://www.facebook.com/pendletonpubliclibrary/videos/619389144222677/?rdid=mZ9fAOLPlbgzdB8m> visits. And last but not least, my oldest nephew would really love what Roseburg's doing with In-N-Out<https://kobi5.com/news/kids-in-roseburg-can-earn-free-in-n-out-burgers-for-reading-267931/> - he's recently become obsessed with their secret menu and would read 5 billion books to get as many of those coupons as possible!

Also, new puppy Happy turned 15 weeks old! Like many librarians, she is a big fan of dragons, although is working hard at getting the pink wings off of this one. I hope wherever you are this weekend, you also have good creatures around. Have a good weekend!
