[OR_Archaeology] Position Announcement

The Willamette National Forest, Middle Fork Ranger District will be
advertising a permanent full-time Archaeologist position (GS-0193-9 or
$22.74 per hour).  The job will assist the District Archaeologist in
managing the heritage program on the expansive Middle Fork Ranger
District, comprised of three formerly separate ranger districts.  The
duty station will be the Middle Fork District Office located in Westfir,
Oregon.  The position conducts Section 106 compliance and heritage
program management duties on the District in conjunction with the
District Archaeologist, seasonal temporary employees, cultural resource
technicians, and/or contract archaeologists.  The purpose of this
Outreach Notice is to inform the potential applicant pool of this
position.  The actual start date of the position has yet to be
determined.
