Datamart & Hyperion Basic Training

Did you miss the initial training for "Datamart and Hyperion: Back to Basics" class? Well, it is not too late. SARS is offering two additional classes this month.

The classes are currently set for April 20, 2011, from 8am to 12 noon and from 12:30 to 4:30pm, at the Vet's computer lab. These classes are very popular and seating is limited. The class is currently free to State of Oregon employees.

Objectives
Learn the basics about:

*         The Datamart, Datamart table information, the Repository, and how to set up an OCE

*         Hyperion - how to build and run queries, manipulate queries and results

*         Hyperion tables, joins, filters, formatting, and sorting

This training course includes up-to-date information on the latest Brio/Hyperion application called "Hyperion Interactive Reporting Studio."

Prerequisites:

*         The training manual for this class must be printed prior to attending. http://egov.oregon.gov/DAS/SCD/SARS/datamart.shtml#Datamart_Training

*         Attendees must have current Datamart Security access with a valid password, prior to attending this class.
