Oregon Housing and Community Services is recruiting for a full-time, permanent, Procurement & Contracts Specialist 3.  OHCS is working towards achieving more efficient and effective delivery of housing and service programs to residents of Oregon. Bring your knowledge and experience to affect the future of our wonderful state.

The primary purpose of this position is to independently develop, negotiate and administer complex or high-risk grants, contracts, and agreements that may be politically sensitive and have multiple funding sources, funding arrangements and policy interpretation throughout the pre-award and post-award phases.
