Highway Division - Strategic Business Services Salem

ODOT's Highway Budget Office is recruiting for a budget analyst to assist in planning and developing the Highway Division's annual and biennial operating budget process. This position is one of three principal budget/fiscal advisors in the development and implementation of the Highway Division's limitations. The primary focus of this position is the maintenance limitation portion of the Highway Division. This person serves as a technical resource and uses analytical techniques to identify policy issues, strategic budget gaps, and determines and recommends changes needed based on ODOT's mission, goals, and objectives.
