[OYAN] Clarification about High School Grade Levels for 2013 Letters about Literature Contest

Because of changes with sponsorship at the national level, this year's Letters about Literature program is not open to juniors and seniors in high school. The earlier announcement (http://listsmart.osl.state.or.us/pipermail/oyan/2012-October/000333.html) noted that Level III of the competition is for grades 9 and 10. That's a disappointing shift, I know, and the contest organizers are hoping to be able to include juniors and seniors again next year. Please share this information as appropriate.
