We Go Together: Pairing the Latest Nonfiction for Teens with Fiction Titles

Nonfiction--it's not just for research anymore! Join us for this fun-filled webinar focused on the latest and greatest nonfiction for teens (& tweens). Participants will get a look at recent "must know" nonfiction titles to recommend in the library/classroom, as well as fiction titles to pair with each book. Participants will take away an annotated bibliography of suggestions, as well as a good foundation for recommending and book-talking nonfiction to teens.

Please note: in order to receive a certificate of attendance for the live webinar, you must be logged in to a computer individually, using your name. If you are participating in a webinar as part of a group registration, YALSA must receive  a list of individuals participating in the webinar under the group registration. YALSA will reference webinar attendance reports prior to issuing certificates.

$29 for students

$39 for individual YALSA members

$49 for all other individuals
$195 for group registrations. YALSA's group rate provides an institution with 10 individual logins.

This webinar will be presented using the Adobe Connect platform. Please ensure that you have Adobe Flash Player Version 10.1 or later on your computer. Audio for this webinar will be streamed over computer speakers, and you will be able to ask questions and interact with the presenter and other webinar participants via chat.

How to Register

Registration is still available using our paper registration form<http://www.ala.org/yalsa/sites/ala.org.yalsa/files/content/YALSAWebinar_PaperRegistrationForm.pdf> through mid-day on Thursday, November 21. You may submit the form via email or fax will be available. Online registration is now closed.
Check, money order, purchase order or credit card must accompany registration to reserve space in this course.
Fax registrations are accepted for credit card and purchase orders only.
