[OYAN] Reminder: OYAN Raffle Tickets still available!

Just a reminder to buy those OYAN raffle tickets if you haven't done so.
There is no need to be present to win, and there is no need to be involved
in OLA or even work in libraries. It is literally open to everyone so
please share widely!
Even if you're coming to the conference, you can buy them ahead of time and
have it be done with. Then you can just enjoy your time at OLA.
