[OYAN] Roald Dahl 100 Celebration in September (Roald Dahl Day on 9/13)

Hi,

From a recent Gale Blog posting, I learned that the world will be celebrating Roald Dahl 100 throughout September. Though the author died in 1990, September 13th of this year would have been his 100th birthday. It might be fun for your library to participate. For those in or near Portland or Eugene, it looks like Voodoo Doughnuts is celebrating with special donuts in September. Also, the Portland store is having a “Wondercrump party with readings from Ingrid Law” on September 16th from 11 am to 4 pm.
