[OYAN] OHA's Guide for Parents to Discuss Underage Marijuana Use with Children

The Oregon Health Authority issued a guide called "Preventing Underage Marijuana Use - Parents' Guide to Talking with Your Kids." Their advice about discussions? "Start early! Talk often. Youth who use marijuana often start in their early teens. Parents should start an ongoing conversation about drugs before middle school." I think the guide is organized well and, at only 12 pages long, is not intimidating in the amount and type of information offered. There is also an OPB interview about this topic.
