[OYAN] OYAN Winter meeting-- Jan 27th at St. Helens

Hello OYAN!

Our winter meeting is on January 27th at St. Helens, from 11am to 3pm. The
agenda is attached.

If attending the meeting in person:

   - Please RSVP to me and Gretchen (gretchenk at ci.st-helens.or.us) so we
   know how many people to set up for.
   - You are welcome to bring your own lunch. If you'd like to get some
   deelish stuff from Big River Bistro

   menu and put in your order to Gretchen (gretchenk at ci.st-helens.or.us) by
   Jan 25th. Bring cash to the meeting, please.
