I can't remember if this has been posted here, but Brooklyn Public Library<https://www.bklynlibrary.org/media/press/brooklyn-public-library-94> is offering a free library card to any teen in the States for e-materials as part of a project to access banned books - see this page for more info<https://www.bklynlibrary.org/books-unbanned> and the email to get a card.
