There’s currently a free virtual course from Yale on happiness specifically for teens, may be something to promote or share with your teens? https://www.cnbc.com/2023/01/27/yale-university-most-popular-class-on-happiness-is-free-for-teens.html - It looks like it says starting today but I believe the date is flexible.
