Hello AfterSchool Partner,
It is time to register for OregonASKs Spring Conference.<https://oregonask.org/course-template-page/?eventtemplate=60-oregonask-spring-conference-be-well-be-whole-be-connected-in-afterschool-and-summer> This year we will be hosting AfterSchool Professionals from around the state in Otis Oregon, a beautiful wooded community adjacent to the popular beach resort of Lincoln City. Come enjoy this waterfront outdoor camp experience while gaining valuable insight and knowledge that will enhance your out-of-school time and summer opportunities for youth.

The intimate space provided by B'nai B'rith can only accommodate 200 attendees and we are looking forward to seeing you. Campers have two options, come Friday May 19 and enjoy your choice of a 3 hour professional development session with the following National leaders:  Flo Dickerson PEAR at Harvard, Julie Rogers Bascom from National Leadership Council and OregonASK's master trainers, Rachel Kessler with ARTS NOW curriculum and Monica McQueen presenting Entrepreneurial Skills and Mindsets for Kidpreneurs. Aaron Dworkin, CEO of National Summer Learning Association, will broadcast a motivational talk from the east coast and will be followed by a Yakisoba dinner ,available in varied dietary options. An evening show presented by the International Youth Silent Film Festival. Campfire, s'mores, and an Oregon sunset will complement the evening's activities.

If time constraints restrict you from joining us on Friday, you are welcome to register and attend a full day of Saturday activities on May 20th. The day will begin with a hearty breakfast accompanied by a gorgeous waterfront view. Saturday's networking and professional development opportunities will enhance your summer and out-of-school time experiences. Lunch included and the day's festivities will conclude at 4:30pm.
