Hello everyone,

Whew! The ice sheets on my street have finally melted today - I haven't driven anywhere since last Thursday the 11th!  Thankfully our block has lots of good neighbors, we traded a few ingredients back and forth. I know there are still many folks without power and I know a lot of libraries had to close. I do want to say thanks to all the libraries who have been able to be warming shelters and safe spaces to be warm<https://www.facebook.com/BeavertonCityLibrary/posts/pfbid026tnoRWVvjg89kENx85Y4dMpSwx6Lsfi3bK7scUFSUL9hCa79TkC9AvjL15N6qMUKl> in a particularly chilly and trying winter week.
