Just a reminder that the OYAN meeting is this Friday, 2/2, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Beaverton City Library. Full info below. Please see the attached agenda. Here's the Zoom link for the meeting if you are attending virtually: https://www.zoomgov.com/j/1608993472

If you are coming in person to the Beaverton City Library – please note that the library opens right at 10 a.m. The meeting will be upstairs in the admin conference room, which is in the corner just to the right of the desk at the top of the stairs. Lunch will be at Ava Roasteria – you can view their menu on Grubhub<https://www.grubhub.com/restaurant/ava-roasteria-4655-sw-hall-blvd-beaverton/909536> if you’d like to figure out what to eat ahead of time. Please let me know if you have any questions.

This meeting is hybrid and we are starting our first “pods” meeting, so if you would like to attend in-person, you will actually be meeting within your region. However, if you can’t accommodate traveling, you can attend from your very own desk via Zoom. Our meeting will start at 10AM and end at 2pm. OYAN official business will run from 10AM-12ish, a 30 minute break for lunch, then we'll meet in our pods either in-person or virtually from 12:30PM-2PM.

Multnomah – Multnomah branch located at 221 NE 122nd Avenue, Portland, OR. Contact Danielle at daniellej at multco.us<mailto:daniellej at multco.us> if you plan on attending at this branch because she needs to know who to expect so y'all can get into the meeting space!
