[PL-Directors] Libraries and Workforce Investment

ALA, US Depts of Ed and Labor will be holding a webinar on October 27th about the workforce investment act: $2.2 Billion Reasons to Pay Attention to WIOA. This blog post http://www.districtdispatch.org/2014/10/save-date-2-2-billion-libraries-care-wia/   is a "save the date" and notice that registration will open on October 20th. They are expecting lots of people wanting to register which is why they are sending the "save the date" out this week.
The registration link will be announced on ALA's district dispatch and Ann Reed will also share it on this list on Monday.
