PLA is offering a webinar to libraries that are interested in participating. The webinar is free but registration in advance is required.

Learn how to participate in Project Outcome, PLA's latest field driven initiative, designed to help libraries measure outcomes using patron-facing surveys. Attend this webinar to learn what tools and resources are available to libraries interested in participating in Project Outcome. See web demos and sample worksheets that will help you test, measure and understand the true impact you have on your communities.

At the conclusion of this webinar, participants will:

  *   Understand what an outcome is and isn't;
  *   Know the steps their library needs to take before scheduling patron surveys;
  *   Be acquainted with the primary Project Outcome online tools; and
  *   Be able to take action based on the results of their findings.

Who Should Attend: Library directors and administrators; programmers and/or service librarians.
