Greetings Directors:

Here are a few tips to get you started on the 2015-16 Public Library Statistical Survey:

*        There is an FAQ that may answer a number of your questions.  It is at http://librguides.osl.state.or.us/statsfaq.

*        Regarding the Library2Go collection numbers, Esther did send out an email with all the numbers, but we have also have them available on our website at http://www.oregon.gov/osl/LD/Pages/statistics/publibreporting.aspx

*        Questions 6.10 - Successful retrieval of electronic information is a new question this year.   Gale and LearningExpress Library usage figures for each library are available at http://www.oregon.gov/osl/LD/Pages/statistics/publibreporting.aspx

You will also need to add in any retrieval statistics from your locally own databases.   Please do not add in OPAC and website numbers.

*        Questions 5.35 to 5.38 have been renamed from statewide and local databases to statewide and local electronic collections

*        As always, feel free to give Ann a call or email for assistance.
