Dear Public Library Directors:

If you've participated in the E-rate application process this past year, please consider taking the following national survey to contribute your opinions and experiences. You can do so anonymously if you like, and it should only take a few minutes. The results will be tabulated by Funds for Learning and shared with the FCC, USAC (E-rate administrators) and the public.
