[PL-Directors] Reporting public library closures due to COVID-19

Hello Oregon public library directors,

We recently learned about a grassroots effort tracking public library closures in the US due to COVID-19 concerns:

I've reached out to one of the librarians behind this effort, Michael Saurers (based in Omaha, Nebraska), and with his permission I'm sending it along to you. If your library does need to close, please let us know and/or self-report through this resource. We'll continue tracking public library closures in Oregon as news comes to us.

To use it, there is a simple Google Form<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeZ1_UMvKwiEyIUisyqmB3Wzex15SjP7vZeT-bQuRoxMMCSQQ/viewform> to report library closure data, which is also dynamically feeding both this spreadsheet<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1vG21vqjeWUyqQNin7QzAoxUBg2UMO8mCgGQ_rhnX2lI/edit#gid=0> and a map<https://tiesd.maps.arcgis.com/apps/View/index.html?appid=f2255538c83d4826b7d3259fb9610bce&extent=-220.8431,-21.6036,49.1568,71.7508>.
