Hello Oregon Libraries,
Apologies for cross posting.

We've made it to another Friday! We appreciate the work you're doing in this time to support your communities, and we are here to support you.

A couple of things we want to make sure you're aware of this week:

*       For public libraries who are providing virtual programming in response to COVID-19 closures: if you can, please try to track the number of programs and attendance numbers. More details to come, but we will attempt to collect some basic data around this through the statewide 2020 Oregon Statistical Report in late summer/early fall.

*       The Oregon Talking Book & Braille Library (a division of the State Library) has temporarily stopped mailing items out to their patrons, but digital downloads are still available. If you have questions or are trying to assist print-disabled patrons in your communities, please see more information here<https://www.oregon.gov/library/print-disabilities/Pages/COVID-19.aspx>.

*       We are hosting two virtual meetings each week! Please join Greta Bergquist on Tuesdays at noon and/or Darci Hanning on Thursdays at noon via phone or Zoom. More info is in the Office Hours with Library Support section here<https://libguides.osl.state.or.us/coronavirus>.
