Happy Friday and thanks to all of you for all that you're doing to continue serving your communities!

I wanted to pass along this offer from Coursera - as a local government agency that provides workforce development resources and services, public libraries can sign up for this:

"We will provide every government agency directly serving an unemployed population impacted by COVID-19 with free access to our course catalogue for these unemployed workers. Government organizations can sign up to provide unemployed workers with access to more than 3,800+ courses and 400 Specializations from Coursera's university and industry partners. Governments will be able to offer free access until September 30, 2020 and learners enrolled at that time will continue to have access to finish their courses until December 31, 2020."

One way to take advantage of this resource might be to lead a cohort in your community to take a course together and meet online for discussions. I'm sure many of you will come up with other creative ways to help your communities with this resource.
