[R2R-OR] Early literacy collection development

Hi! You've read many emails about allowable collection development costs for summer reading, but I forgot to mentioned early literacy collection development.

You may buy any library material for children six years old and younger with your Ready to Read grant. Board books, picture books, beginning readers, picture book and CD sets, music CDs, DVDs, etc.

You may also buy materials related to early childhood development, education, health, safety, and parenting for the adults who work with and care for young children.
