[R2R-OR] Planning resources for your 2016 projects

In a couple weeks you'll receive your 2016 Ready to Read grant funds. Many of you are already planning your grant-funded projects. Don't forget to include the evaluation in your planning!

I have updated and completed the evaluation toolkit<http://www.oregon.gov/osl/LD/Pages/youthsvcs/aboutready.aspx#Project_Descriptions> to help you. Please take a look at it because it could save a lot of time. You can use them as they are, edit them to work better for your work-style, take a few ideas to create your own evaluation, or decide not to use them at all-it's up to you.
