[R2R-OR] Grant website significantly updated

Hi Ready to Read grantees,

I have significantly updated the Ready to Read Grant website<http://www.oregon.gov/osl/LD/Pages/youthsvcs/aboutready.aspx> to provide more detailed and useful information for you. At this time, you may be especially interested in the evaluation toolkit<http://www.oregon.gov/osl/LD/Pages/youthsvcs/aboutready.aspx#Project_Descriptions> and the guidelines and working copy of the 2015 Ready to Read Grant report<http://www.oregon.gov/osl/LD/Pages/youthsvcs/aboutready.aspx#Annual_Reports>.

Please note, there is still no news on the proposed changes to the Ready to Read grant. If the proposed changes pass, then I will update this website to reflect those changes. However, most of the content on this website will stay the same regardless of what happens.
