[R2R-OR] R2R application check in process

Hello Everyone,

The grant applications are beginning to come in and I wanted to let everyone know that I will be checking them in in batches.

I will be checking them in the afternoon, so don't be alarmed if I don't get right back to you.

If you send it to me and you haven't heard from me within three business days, please let me know.

I am hoping that this process will save me time and keep everything as accurate as possible.
