[R2R-OR] R2R check or direct deposit? Reply by 11/8

Dear Library Directors and Ready to Read Key Contacts,

On Friday, October 28, the State Library Board approved all of the 2017 Ready to Read grant applications! Your library will receive 2017 Ready to Read grant funds by the end of December 2016. Do you want to receive your grant funds via direct deposit or a check in the mail?

All libraries must reply to this email by Tuesday, November 8, to let me know:

*        Yes, LIBRARY NAME wants to sign-up for direct deposit.

*        No, LIBRARY NAME does not want direct deposit.

All libraries will receive the same hardcopy packet of grant management information in the mail, but libraries that wish to continue receiving a check will also receive their check and libraries that opt in to direct deposit will receive a bright-colored memo reminding them their grant funds have been deposited electronically.

If you do not want direct deposit, I'll reply to let you know you're on the list of libraries receiving a check in the mail.

If you want direct deposit, I'll reply and provide you with the form and instructions you need to sign-up for direct deposit. You will be added to the list of libraries receiving direct deposit.
