[R2R-OR] Ready to Read Grant Updates - please read

Hello everyone,
Happy Monday! I have key Ready to Read updates to share:
2021 (next year)
All 2021 Ready to Read grants were accepted and approved at last Friday's State Library Board meeting. In the online grant system it may appear that your grant is "undecided' - it's not, please don't worry! I hope this will get changed shortly but please proceed as if all is well, because it is! The 2021 grant list is available here<https://libguides.osl.state.or.us/readytoreadgrant/applicationguidelines#s-lg-box-21921234>.
2021 Ready to Read funds will be distributed no later than December 31st. We will use the mailing address and payment method selected last year. Please let me know as soon as possible if your library location has moved and has a new mailing address.
2020 (this year)
2020 Ready to Read grant reports must be completed by Tuesday, December 1st! We have updated all contact info in our online system but depending on who submitted the application from your library, if you've had staff turnover you may not be able to see the report page. If you are the person completing the report for your library, please log in and make sure you can access the 2020 report. Let me know if you can't see it.
2020 grant reports will now allow you to include other collaborators on the report - If you are in the report page, look to your top right and click the "collaborate" button. You can then add other people to join in with you as you work on the report. Again, because of how things are set up in the online system, if you don't see this button and want it, please let me know! When we update organization contacts (staff changes, etc) this section doesn't automatically update, so I may have missed a few of you as I was making updates. Apologies for that but just let me know and I can fix it!
