Hello all,

Today's shoutout goes to another bike-related project -  the 2022 Bikes to Book design contest<https://www.portland.gov/transportation/news/2022/10/18/news-release-pbot-and-multnomah-county-library-announce-winners-2022>, a program from Multnomah County Library and the Portland Bureau of Transportation. As someone who recently completed a community art project and saw firsthand the joy and connections we built, I want to highlight how awesome this project is. And kudos to all of you working to make our communities more welcoming for bikes, art, kids, and books. Have a great weekend!
