You might not know that for a long time here in Library Support we used a newspaper clipping service to make sure we didn't miss important library news. We now use google alerts to stay on top of library news from local media and libraries' social media posts every week. This approach doesn't capture everything or reflect the entirety of the amazing work you all are doing, but it is where I get most shoutout links. There's a lot you do that I miss!
