RFHF has received a lot of positive feedback from participants on the early brain development session. Are you trying to figure out how and when to share the RFHF brain development resources with families or present a brain development training? Brain Awareness Week may be the perfect time to introduce this topic to your families and libraries!

Global Brain Awareness Week is March 15-21, 2010. For more information visit their website at: http://www.dana.org/brainweek/

"Brain Awareness Week (BAW) is the global campaign to increase public awareness about the progress and benefits of brain research. Every March BAW unites the efforts of universities, hospitals, patient groups, government agencies, schools, service organizations, and professional associations worldwide in a week-long celebration of the brain. Founded and coordinated by the Dana Alliance for Brain Initiatives and European Dana Alliance for the Brain, BAW is celebrating its fifteenth anniversary campaign in 2010." -- from The Dana Foundation website
