Urgent request: interview opportunity for a Living Well/CDSMP participant with arthritis
OHA has been contacted by a free-lance writer working on an article for a national publication about arthritis self-management, looking to find a participant with arthritis who is willing to share their story and advice about living with arthritis. Upcoming Living Well/CDSMP Leader Training:
Jan 31, Feb 1, Feb 7 and Feb 8th in Eugene. Please contact Leslie Gilbert at 541 682 3349 to register.  There is extra space if people from other areas of the state need training.

Less urgent (yet still important!) requests:

*         It's time to update the Living Well county contact list. Local coordinators, please take a look at the list (http://public.health.oregon.gov/DiseasesConditions/ChronicDisease/LivingWell/Pages/lwworkshops.aspx and click on "find a local contact for Living Well" and let me know if anything needs updating.

*         If you have programs coming up in the new year, please send us that information as well. Instructions are online at http://public.health.oregon.gov/DISEASESCONDITIONS/CHRONICDISEASE/LIVINGWELL/Pages/reportprograminfo.aspx

*         Please also send in any remaining workshop data packages for 2014 programs. We'll be updating our database starting in January.
