Everyone is welcome to participate in these meetings.  The Network exists to promote the expansion, implementation & coordination of evidence-based self-management programs in Oregon.  We meet by phone once a quarter to collaborate across regions & programs to share news, address challenges & support the sustainability of these valuable programs.
