[Self-Management_OR] CDSMP Training Coming Up?

Hello all,

I am looking to see if there are any upcoming CDSMP (Living Well - English) leader trainings in the Portland Metro/ Salem areas (or anything in between).  We may be needing to send a staff member to get trained ASAP.
