Tuesday, April 3, 2018

People who participate in a CDC-recognized lifestyle change program (also known as the National Diabetes Prevention Program) can reduce their risk of developing type 2 diabetes by 58 percent (or by 71 percent for those 60 years of age and older). Starting April 1, 2018, Medicare will reimburse Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program (MDPP) suppliers delivering the MDPP to eligible beneficiaries. Join us for an interactive one-hour webinar on Tuesday, April 3, to learn how organizations can become Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program suppliers.

During this webinar, you will learn about:

  * How to become a Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program (MDPP) supplier
  * The Medicare value-based DPP model and how patients can qualify for the benefit
  * Resources available to support organizations interested in becoming MDPP suppliers
This webinar is open to all organizations and individuals interested in learning about becoming a Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program supplier. Please feel free to share this invitation with any partners who wish to learn more.
