[Self-Management_OR] Open call for agenda items: upcoming Oregon Self-Management Network quarterly call

Hello Oregon Self-Management Network,

Given the hustle and bustle of summer vacations and travel, we will not be hosting an agenda-planning meeting for our September Quarterly Call (which is taking place on Thursday, 9/19).

Instead, we ask that you please send over any items you'd like to see on the network call agenda in September.

Here's what's currently on the docket for this call:

  *   Welcome & Introductions
  *   Update on state funding changes impacting self-management programming
  *   Presentation from Dr. John Gobble, Lifestyle Medicine Group, on the Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) intensive therapeutic lifestyle-change program

What burning questions or challenges have been coming up lately? What celebrations and best-practices would you like to share with the group? What else should be on our radar as we approach the last quarter of 2019? Please respond to this email with agenda topics no later than Monday, September 9th.
