Reminder! 2023 National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP) Companion Guide is available

National Diabetes Prevention Program 2023 Companion Guide <https://www.oregon.gov/oha/HPA/dsi-tc/Documents/National-DPP-Companion-Guide.pdf> is now available on the OHA Diabetes TA webpage<https://www.oregon.gov/oha/HPA/dsi-tc/Pages/Diabetes.aspx>. The National Diabetes Prevention Program 2023 Companion Guide is a resource developed by Oregon Health Authority (OHA) intended for Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs), Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), health systems and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) who are looking for guidance on how to implement and bill for the National Diabetes Prevention Program in Oregon communities.
