[Sora] State Library Needs a Few Volunteers - Registering for Library Service

Hello SORA folks,

On the afternoon of May 3, the Government Services unit of the State Library is going to be training on "design thinking".   As part of this training, we are going to introduce the process of design thinking by applying it to a real challenge we encounter in our work.

Here's where you come in.

The process we are going to analyze is the "registration process for library services.

Are you either:

1.       Not registered with the State Library

2.       Registered SO long ago, you don't remember how to register.

We are looking for 3-4 volunteers to spend no more than 15 minutes with the library so we can watch you go through the process of trying to register.

We will schedule a brief Adobe Connect session with you and we'll have you share your desktop while we watch you register.

We are looking for volunteers either: Wednesday, Thursday or Friday AM.

Please write me back and let me know when you might be free and we'll schedule something.  Again, no more than 15 mins. or so is required.

AND........as a special bonus, you'll be registered for library services, get a little refresher about  the library AND I'll send you a little goody bag with a few State Library swag items.
