As the Student Success Implementation Coordinator, you serve as an independent senior staff person to the Director of the Oregon Department of Education. You work with the Director, Executive Leadership Team, other administrative offices, and external partners and stakeholders on agency planning, coordination and development of new programs, policy development, administrative rules and other projects. You will also provide lead staff support, coordination and project management oversight for assigned projects (e.g. innovative practices, equity efforts, legislation, the Governor's priorities, etc.). The primary role for this position is to coordinate, plan, implement and evaluate programs under the multi-billion Student Success Act investment (HB3427<https://olis.leg.state.or.us/liz/2019R1/Downloads/MeasureDocument/HB3427/Enrolled>) emerging from the 2019-2021 legislative session.
