Hey all!

I wanted to let you know that I will be presenting at the next PMUG meeting on January 23rd.

The presentation will actually be a teaser portion from my Designing Effective Surveys class which will focus on common pitfalls from poorly designed questions.  It’s useful for anyone doing any kind of data collection or soliciting information.

Attendance is open to anyone.  There is also a Skype option for those who cannot attend in person.  Information below.  Check it out!

The next Project Management User Group meeting is on Thursday January 23, 2020.

Tasha Chapman from DCBS (and SORA) will be running a session on Soliciting Input From Stakeholders.  The session will combine theory with tools and techniques designed to help us improve the quality of information we get from our stakeholders.  This skills-focused session will benefit any PMs or BAs who are involved with stakeholder consultation, project communications, requirements gathering, organizational change planning, or lessons learned exercises.

Date – January 23, 2020

Time – 3pm – 4:30pm

Location – Room 160, Human Services Building, 500 Summer St SE, Salem (entrance to Room 160 is on the left hand side of the lobby - no security pass is needed)
