OHA's Health Policy and Analytics has a new Limited Duration Research Analyst 4 position that just opened in the Business Intelligence, REALD & SOGI.

  *   This is a full-time, LIMITED DURATION (up to 18 months assignment) position that is classified and represented by a union. This position may be extended beyond this date and/or have continued funding approved in the future with the potential to become permanent"

The primary purpose of this position is to provide analytical support for a broad spectrum of data analysis, quality improvement and reporting activities related to health information technology and data systems. In this role, the analyst may work with Electronic Health Record adoption and utilization data, survey data, clinical quality metrics data and other cross-office and agency data such as Race, Ethnicity, Language and Disability (REALD) and Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity (SOGI) demographics data to produce timely and relevant reports and other deliverables to support OHA Health Policy and Analytics priorities, and broader health system transformation activities.

This person will collaborate and work closely with research and database analysts and program staff across Health Policy and Analytics, including the Office of Health Analytics and the Office of Health Information Technology and Analytics Infrastructure. This person will also collaborate with internal OHA partners and Divisions, and other agencies, vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders. The analyst must exhibit strong interpersonal skills and poise to work directly with senior leaders and stakeholders as is necessary to foster strong, supportive relationships. The position requires a strong ability to clarify and prioritize tasks in order to effectively navigate a challenging and fast-paced work environment with a broad array of stakeholders.
