Short Description: The primary purpose of the HPA Equity Lead position is to manage a portfolio of HPA equity initiatives that are designed to 1) contribute to a workplace culture that fosters inclusion, belonging and well-being, and 2) support the Division's workforce to advance the Oregon Health Authority's strategic goal of eliminating health inequities by 2030. The person in this role helps ensure alignment between HPA's equity portfolio and OHA's strategic plan and performance management system, recommendations from the OHA Equity Advancement Leadership Team (EALT), HPA leadership team priorities and recommendations from the HPA Equity Advisory Group (EAG).

Note: Applicants do not need to currently be in an OPA4 position to apply, however must meet the position minimum qualifications.
Short Description: As part of this rotation, the HPA Equity Analyst will manage a portfolio of HPA equity team initiatives that are designed to help the agency and Division's workforce advance the Oregon Health Authority's strategic goal of eliminating health inequities by 2030. The primary purpose and functions support the following initiatives: development of OHA's Digital Accessibility Policy and implementation plan, HPA workforce training and learning, HPA equity team communications and equity centered performance management by providing strategic direction, problem-solving and implementation supports.
