Want to work at the intersection of policy, research, and Oregon's legislative process? Come work with our team of research and public policy professionals serving the Oregon legislature at the Legislative Policy and Research Office (LPRO). The role provides a front-row seat to state decision-making and a chance to work with legislators and stakeholders on issues impacting Oregonians.

We have two opportunities. One is geared towards early-career research analysts, and the other is for a mid-career senior research analyst who has demonstrated experience leading teams. We especially encourage researchers with expertise in behavioral health, criminal justice, or education policy to apply.
