All,

This is a reminder of our webinar tomorrow at 10AM on Energy Trust's 2022 programs that state agencies can use to invest in energy efficiency in existing buildings, lighting upgrades and new construction/major renovations. In particular, if your agency is among the 21 agencies that own buildings, this webinar will highlight important incentives, rebates and technical assistance you can receive for your projects.

The Teams link is provided below.

I would encourage all agencies to pass this along to facility and energy managers if they are not already on the distribution list. Your agencies are now building up budgets for the next biennium, and many of our state buildings are not meeting their energy performance targets as specified in EO 17-20 Section 3A<https://www.oregon.gov/gov/Documents/executive_orders/eo_17-20.pdf> and reported in ODOE's SEED report<https://www.oregon.gov/energy/Data-and-Reports/Documents/2021-SEED-Report.pdf>.

With a rosy budget outlook and growing accountability for leading by example in addressing energy and climate change, now is the time to talk with your agency leadership and consider investing in and budgeting for energy efficiency and carbon reduction in your facilities.

We look forward to seeing you there.

Best,

Dave
