Please find attached the preliminary program for the September 23-26 Association of Tribal Archives, Libraries, and Museums/Western Museums Association Joint Conference in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Important dates to remember:
July 1 - Deadline for submitting scholarship applications.  To submit an application, please go to www.atalm.org<http://www.atalm.org>.
July 31 - Early Bird deadline for registering.  After that date, registration fees increase by $50.
August 23 - Last day to book hotel rooms at the conference rate of $109 or $139.

Registration
Individuals affiliated with ATALM, for example, those working with a tribal institution or a non-tribal institution with indigenous collections, are eligible to receive a significant discount on conference registration. Early bird registration is $250 (includes two ATALM luncheons) or $200 (no ATALM luncheons). After July 31, registration increases by $50. Register online at www.atalm.org<http://www.atalm.org>.  DO NOT go to the Western Museums Association registration site.  The WMA registration fee for non-members is $370, which does not include the two luncheons.  ATALM has negotiated a deeply discounted fee which is only available through us.
Meals and Events
ATALM-sponsored luncheons on Sunday and Monday are included in the ATALM full registration fee of $250.
Host Hotel
Host hotel is the Ala Moana Hotel in Honolulu, HI. A limited number of rooms are available at the conference rate of $109 a night for a Queen bed in the Kona Tower or $139 for a King bed or two double beds in the Waikiki Tower. To make reservations:

Waiting List
Registrations are accepted on an "as-received" basis. When the Conference is full, your name will automatically be added to the waiting list and we will notify you immediately if space becomes available.
