[TL-Directors] Answerland Advisory Council (AAC) positions open - Applications due April 8

On behalf of the LSTA Advisory Council, the State Library of Oregon is now accepting applications for upcoming vacancies on the Answerland Advisory Council.

Terms are for two years beginning on July 1, 2022 and ending on June 30, 2024.

School Library (1 position)
Academic Library (2 positions)
Answerland Volunteer (1 position)
Public Library (1 position)

Process and timeline
Applications are being accepted online only at: https://forms.gle/a3fp4E8o6EKM77yz9
The deadline for applications is Friday, April 8, 2022 5:00 pm.
Applicants will be reviewed by State Library staff and recommended for appointment by the LSTA Advisory Council. Notification of appointment will be made in late spring 2022.
Expectations
The LSTA Advisory Council seeks representatives with virtual reference and collaborative library services, as well as a desire to grow and develop the Answerland program.  Involvement in AAC will include representing your constituent group by attending meetings, participating on an email list, and providing feedback on the success of the Answerland statewide virtual reference program. The Answerland Advisory Committee typically meets twice a year virtually.
